How to order

If you are interested in ordering our products, kindly check if we have assigned a distributor for your territory. The distributor contact details are listed in the section About us – Distribution network. We do not sell our products directly if a distributor is present at your location and shall forward all inquiries to our local partners.

In case of ordering from other territories, please contact us with your inquiry at sales@dbbiotech.com. For direct sales the following process is in place:

Ordering process

You can place your orders by mail, fax or post using our predefined order form which you can download here or in the section Support - Downloads.

Each order must include the following information:

• Order number
• Catalogue number of the ordered product
• Ordered volume
• Billing address
• Shipping address
• Contact details of the client – VAT number for the clients form EU countries

Payment

We require pre-payment on all orders from new clients and will issue our invoice shortly upon receiving your order. The products will be shipped within 72 hrs after we receive your payment.

Free samples ordering process

We offer our interested clients a chance to test our rabbit clonal antibodies for FREE by ordering a free sample.

In order to obtain a free sample, please fill in the free sample order form and send it to our mailbox sales@dbbiotech.com or fax it to 00421 55 789 0024. We will confirm your samples order within 72 hrs.

The transportation fees for free samples are covered by the client, therefore we need to know your import courier number to arrange the shipment. In case you do not have such a number, we shall calculate the transportation cost for your territory and issue an invoice for this amount. The samples shall be shipped Monday following the reception of the payment.

Test samples are packed in especially hardened EPS boxes together with blue ice gels. The samples should be stored at - 20°C for concentrated products and +4 °C for pre-diluted products immediately after reception of the package. The volume for test samples for WB application is 10µl, for IHC application 20µl and pre-diluted antibodies 1ml.
